PRINCE2® (Projects In Controlled Environments) is a process-based approach to project management, which provides a scalable and tailored project management method for managing all types of projects.
The course is held in two parts - PRINCE2 Foundation and PRINCE2 Practitioner - each of which ends with a certification.
With a PRINCE2® Foundation course, you gain basic knowledge of the PRINCE2® method, including PRINCE2's principles, practices and processes.
The PRINCE2 Practitioner course builds on knowledge from the PRINCE2 foundation course and provides the opportunity to learn how to apply the PRINCE2 method.
The Practitioner level focuses on showing how the PRINCE2 method can be adapted to the individual project environment and meet given needs and problems in a specific project scenario.

Instructor on the course
On the PRINCE2 course, you will be taught by Nina Drejer, who is an experienced PRINCE2® Trainer (since 2013) with many years of practical as well as theoretical project management experience.
In addition to being an accredited PRINCE2 trainer, Nina is also an accredited MSP®, PRINCE2™ Agile and PMP® trainer with in-depth knowledge of international best practice project and program management methods known from PRINCE2® and PMI®.

The course includes 2 certification exams. After the first part of the course, the PRINCE2 Foundation exam is completed and at the end of the course the PRINCE2® Practitioner certification exam is held
